Vintage Moscow Mule Poster

Bold, refreshing, and always served with a chill — this Moscow Mule art print is a tribute to the drink that made copper mugs iconic. Featuring a frosty, textured mug brimming with ice and garnished with mint and lime, this vintage-style print includes the cocktail’s unique American origin story and original recipe. A crisp, spicy addition to any bar cart or kitchen wall. Poster Text: The Moscow Mule was born in Los Angeles in the 1940s, a collaboration between a vodka distributor and a ginger beer producer looking to boost sales. They served the cocktail in copper mugs—now iconic—to keep it icy cold and visually distinctive. Despite the name, the drink has no Russian roots beyond its use of vodka. Its success helped popularize vodka in the U.S. and launched a wave of spirit-ginger combinations. Crisp, spicy, and endlessly refreshing, the Moscow Mule remains a go-to cocktail with a perfect balance of bite and brightness, especially when served frosty in its signature cup.
