Impact True Moringa works directly with a network of 5000 smallholder farmers throughout Ghana to plant over two million moringa trees, providing sustainable livelihoods through access to credit, agricultural training, nutrition programs, and fair wages. Our moringa powder is cultivated on the largest certified organic solar powered farm in West Africa. We also take the environmental impact of agriculture seriously as we cultivate our moringa. Often, new farms can cause ancient forests to be cleared for agriculture use. For this reason, we source from existing farms or land that has been audited to be degraded land that can be reclaimed. Our nucleus farm near New Longo, Ghana uses solar irrigation that minimizes the use of fossil fuels. Older trees are left standing and buffer zones between the river and farm remain to encourage biodiversity.
