This shell jacket is developed for freeride and touring and it works perfectly for general ski/snowboard, mountaineering and outdoor activities. We use GORE-TEX® fabric because it’s the world-leading quality for durable waterproofness (28,000mm), optimized breathability (RET Less than 13), and total windproofness. The main material is a 3-layer woven ePE GORE-TEX® fabric with a 40D 100% recycled nylon face and backer, 105gm2. Key features include: A helmet-compatible storm hood with one-hand adjustment, two mid mounted pockets with YKK water-resistant zippers, asymmetric cuffs with velcro adjustment, open chest ventilation, internal chest pocket, and a laminated stretch woven hand gaiter. This jacket has a technical fit and hits the sweet spot between lyngen’s more fitted silhouette and tamok’s more relaxed cut. The fit is a great alternative also for the discerned splitboarder.
