Moonlight Serenade

Can you hear the Glen Miller Band playing along in the background? That's what I hear when I look at this piece, it's golden crescent hues glimmering in the jazz bandstand's reflection. More than that, this piece - and this song - hold special meaning for me. When I hear this song, it feels like all things - love related - are possible and not just that, but ready and waiting. And, I like to think that I'm dancing on some marbled floor - with non-stick shoes - my handsome man in suit tails waltzing me around the dance floor.  Can I dance? No. Do I even have non-stick shoes. Yeah...they're called bare feet. Do I own a dress fancy enough? Not even close.  But still...a girl can dream.  Waxing Moon The waxing moon represents rebuilding and renew. Are you looking to manifest some new energy and bring in some new goodness? These pieces harness that magic of manifesting what you truly desire and moving towards it with finesse, energy and intention.  And oh how I intend to dance along those marbled tiles...barefoot, the bandstand rolling on, wrapped in the meaty arms of my beefy hunk.  Medium: Watercolor and Ink on Paper Size: 9X12 piece, set in an 11X14 matted frame with an 8X10 opening.
