Moonbeam

Moonbeams are rays of light reflected from the moon. Unlike the sun’s rays which are associated with heat and action, moonbeams are only visible in the dark of the night, a quieter and cooler time.  Their energy is that of grounded radiance and this practice embodies that same energy.  This intentional series of postures that range from standing poses to grounded heart openers were designed to celebrate your effulgence in a steady and luminous way.
