Moon River Shoulder Bag

Moon River Shoulder Bag Pattern Moon River is a stylish shoulder bag that is fun to make!  In this pattern you’ll learn how to add a magnetic snap, make a recessed zipper, and tips for sewing curves. This bag also features a front flap pocket an divided interior pocket. The name of this pattern was inspired by this purse’s moon-shaped curves and one of my favorite classic songs. The finished size is 13″ wide, 12″ high, and 3-1/2″ deep. You can choose to add Chain Strap Connectors for extra “bling” or use Rectangle Rings. Included are step-by-step graphics to help make the written directions easier to understand. Also included are many sewing techniques and tips to help you achieve a quality, finished project. This pattern is designed to help you learn and expand your sewing skills! Try using our Faux Metal Zippers by the Yard for this project! Easily cut and sew through the zipper’s nylon teeth, while achieving the appearance of metal teeth. Make six Moon River Bags from one package of Sallie Tomato Zippers by the Yard.
