Montgomery House Plan

Split-shake accents top gables of clapboard siding fashioning a rare touch to the Montgomery, a traditionally styled country home. The double-column symmetry of the front porch makes a perfect landing for conventional rocking chairs. Hip-roof rooftop corners on opposite ends of the ridgeline create an illusion of the classic barn. A prominent hipped gable elevates from a classic column-lined entry porch. Inside, specialty ceilings, interior columns and archways, and numerous built-ins complement multi-panes of glistening glass. The Montgomery plan has a large dining room, kitchen and great room divided by stately columns. This open concept feel is very popular in today's market. The kitchen has a large center island providing plenty of additional counter space. Three sets of French doors open the great room to the back porch. Openness defines the central living spaces. Another set of French doors is found in the master bedroom of the Montgomery floor plan that leads out to the rear porch. The stunning tray ceiling enhances the bedroom. His and her walk-in closets provide plenty of storage. The master bath has a luxurious Whirlpool soaker tub, a large walk-in shower with shampoo niche, and dual vanities with a make-up counter. This enhances the master suite. A powder room, utility room and two more secondary bedrooms with an adjoining full bath are creatively positioned on a right hand hall of the Montgomery plan. Mom and Dad can enjoy the privacy of their side of the luxurious split bedroom layout. This split-floor plan affords easy privacy for the master suite and two secondary bedrooms. The Montgomery is an especially open floor plan with 2555 square feet of living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a powder bath. The foundation is a crawlspace.
