Monolift Rack Attachment

Designed for the powerlifting purist or swolo artist who prefers to train alone, this adjustable Monolift Attachment delivers the stability, safety, and slick functionality of a full monolift setup, without eating up your rack space or wallet. The cantilever-style swing-back design improves bar clearance for squats and presses, so you can unrack and lift with zero wasted motion. Once the bar’s up, the arms swing cleanly out of the way, giving you more room to squat deep and lift heavy without smashing into hooks. Dual nylon rollers absorb and redirect impact for smoother re-racks and easier bar adjustments mid-session.With UHMW plastic in all the right places, your precious barbell and rack stay safe from scratches, dings, and emotional trauma. Fast to set up and even faster to adjust, just pin it like a J-cup and you’re good to go. Built from solid steel with a barbell-counterweight design, this Monolift stays stable until you’re ready to lift, and swings away when you are.
