Please note: The shipping carriers provide an estimated date of arrival for your order. While we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible there are scenarios where the shipping carrier doesn’t deliver on time and that is completely out of our control. If a package is delayed, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance. We do not provide refunds for orders that are delayed due to the shipping carrier. Most of our products are acrylic based. We always want to let you know that all acrylic is not created equal. By saying that, we mean that there are rare instances where the acrylic may have blemishes, vary slightly in color, etc. We use high quality acrylic that rarely has a defect but again, it’s possible.
