Monkey Junk Mutant Verde Hot Sauce

A NEW OFFERING FROM MONKEY JUNK! Fire roasted green chili pepper, lime, cilantro, habanero, verde style hot sauce! A staff favorite! Welcome, fellow spice enthusiasts, to the tree-fort of sauce and gorilla happenings.  I began farming peppers on the Big Island of Hawaii in my early twenties circa 2015. Since then, I've created a meticulous blend of tropical fruit and exotic peppers to arrive at Monkey Junks original flavor, LAVA TEARS. This sauces flavor is driven by Chocolate Habaneros, Mangos and Fresno peppers. Monkey Junk takes pride in supporting local farmers by sourcing the finest peppers in Western North Carolina. Our BLUE TRINIDAD merges Wild Blueberries, Trinidad Peppers and complimentary spices that burst with a symphony of flavor.  Grab a bottle and ignite your taste buds. Your culinary journey will never be the same! DOB: YEAR OF THE MONKEY Made in Asheville
