Monitor Stand III

The Monitor Stand III is the evolution of Matthews' most trusted rolling monitor solution — refined, upgraded, and built to last a career. From the studio floor to uneven locations, from a simple riser setup to a fully loaded rolling station, the Monitor Stand III is engineered to meet the demands of production, the expectations of directors and producers, and the standards of the talent on screen. Carrying the same rugged, battle-tested bones that professionals have relied on for years, the Monitor Stand III adds thoughtful new features that make it smarter, more versatile, and sharper looking than ever before. Straight-tracking casters let you move seamlessly on any set. V-shaped brakes lock in at three points of contact so your setup stays exactly where you put it. A new tough, black forge-texture finish adds durability and a premium texture that looks as serious as the work it supports. And because it's all nuts and bolts — manufactured at Matthews' factory in Burbank, California — any part can be replaced, keeping this stand in your kit until the day you retire. Optional Battery Tray (Sold Separately) The Monitor Stand III is compatible with an optional bolt-on battery tray, designed to maximize the utility of your rolling station. The aluminum tray attaches directly to the leg of the stand, placing your battery at the base and freeing up your risers to support monitors and other equipment above. Evenly spaced slots along the sides of the tray let you securely tie down your battery — or whatever else you need within reach. Clean, simple, and purpose-built for the way productions actually work.
