Molecular Devices SpectraMax M2e Multi-Mode microplate reader package with warranty

Molecular Devices SpectraMax M2e microplate reader package Manufacturer: Molecular Devices Model: SpectraMax M2e Condition: Used. Excellent. Fully functional.  Tested  Status: Pre-owned Estimated lead time:  Typically ships in 1-2 weeks from order and payment.   The Molecular Devices Spectramax M2e Multi-Mode Plate Reader brings you the power and precision of a dedicated single mode plate reader, but with the space saving flexibility of 2 detection modes in one unit. This microplate reader handles top- and bottom-reading Absorbance, Fluorescence Intensity, Endpoint kinetic, spectrum and area-well scanning read types. This microplate reader has a wavelength range of 200–1000 nm, uses two monochromators, allowing users to choose their optimal emission or excitation and eliminating the need to change filters. The SpectraMax M2e covers formats from cuvettes to 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, and 384-well microplates and incorporates a dual-mode cuvette port, accurate temperature control, and microplate shaking. Applications • DNA/RNA/protein quantitation and purity • PicoGreen/NanoOrange/Bradford • ELISAs/enzyme kinetics (i.e., Km, Ki, etc.) • Drug dissolution profiles • Live/Dead Viability/cytotoxicity assays • Caspase-3 and protease assays • cAMP assays using CatchPoint® Assay Kits • Low volume applications Includes SpectraMax M2e plate reader Plate adapter Laptop computer SoftMax Pro software v6.5.1 Communications cable Power cord 30 day warranty Specifications  Model  SpectraMax M2e  Read modes  Absorbance  Fluorescence (top- and bottom-read)  Wavelength ranges  Abs: 200 - 1000 nm  FL: 250 - 850 nm  Lumi: 360 - 850 nm  TRF: 250 - 850 nm  Wavelength selection  Monochromator tunable in 1-nm increments  Absorbance photometric accuracy/linearity   < ±1.0% and ±0.006 OD (0.0-2.0 OD)  Absorbance photometric precision/repeatability  < ±1.0% and ±0.003 OD (0.0-2.0 OD)  Light source(s)  Xenon flashlamp  Detector(s)  Silicon photodiode  Photomutiplier tube  Read types (endpoint, kinetic, etc)  Endpoint  Kinetic  Spectrum scan  Well scan  Read times (kinetic interval for 96-well plate)  Abs: 17 seconds  FL: 15 seconds   Lumi: 17 seconds  TRF: 15 seconds  FP: 44 seconds  Format  6, 12, 24, 48, 96 and 384 microplates and 1 cm cuvette  Plate shaking  Linear  Cuvette port  Yes  Robotics/automation  Yes-compatible  Temperature control  Ambient +2C to 60C  Dimensions  27"W x 15"D x 8.7"H  Shipping weight  55 lbs   Documentation User Guide SpectraMax M2e Product Brochure SpectraMax M2e
