Start with a sauce pan of either vegetable or chicken broth then slowly add the mole seasoning until you get the flavor and consistency that you desire. If you are out of Cincinnati style chili seasoning, you may use this as a substitute. The ingredients are: Paprika, onion, cloves, coriander, cinnamon, cocoa powder, New Mexico chili, Ancho chili.
