The Moldex 7740 is a high-efficiency, NIOSH-approved P100 particulate filter engineered for use with Moldex 7000, 7800, and 9000 series reusable respirators. Designed to provide maximum respiratory protection in demanding industrial environments, this filter delivers 99.97% filtration efficiency against both oil-based and non-oil-based airborne particulates, including dust, fumes, mists, and other hazardous particles. Built with a compact semi-rectangular profile, the Moldex 7740 is designed to improve balance and maintain a low-profile fit on compatible respirators. This streamlined shape enhances the wearer’s field of vision and reduces bulk, making it more comfortable for tasks requiring precision or movement in confined spaces. The lightweight construction also helps minimize breathing resistance, supporting improved airflow and reducing fatigue during extended wear. As a P100-rated filter, the 7740 is suitable for environments where high levels of particulate protection are required, such as construction, welding, sanding, grinding, manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing, and remediation work. Its oil-proof classification allows it to be used in workplaces where oil aerosols may be present, offering versatile protection across a range of industrial applications. The filter attaches securely to compatible Moldex respirators, ensuring a stable and reliable seal. Its durable design supports consistent performance in tough jobsite conditions, while the high-capacity filtration media helps extend service life under normal usage conditions. Combining superior filtration efficiency, ergonomic design, and compatibility with multiple Moldex respirator series, the Moldex 7740 P100 particulate filter provides dependable, professional-grade respiratory protection for workers who require high-level defense against airborne contaminants.
