Mojito Syrup

Mojitos are a great cocktail with one annoying problem: they require muddling a small herb garden every time you make one. Our Mojito Syrup quietly fixes this. Filtered water steeped with organic spearmint plus real key lime puree, so all the flavor is already in the bottle. Add white rum and ice; skip the muddling. Pour 1 oz syrup over ice with 1.5 oz white rum, top with sparkling water, and you've made a proper mojito in under a minute. Skip the rum and you've made a mockjito that holds its own at brunch. Splash it into a margarita for a minty twist, or stir it into iced tea for a Southern-mint upgrade. Equally happy in front of a fire pit or by a pool — it just travels really well. Tasting Notes: fresh spearmint, bright key lime, soft sweetness, clean herbal finish The Short Version: A spearmint-infused key lime syrup designed for instant mojitos and mocktails — all the flavor of muddled mint and lime, none of the muddling. A: Our syrups are shelf-stable for 24 months unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 6 months. Q: Do I still need fresh mint and lime when I use Mojito syrup? A: Nope — that's the whole point. Our Mojito Syrup is infused with real spearmint and made with key lime puree, so the muddling step is built in. You can garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wheel for presentation (and a little extra aroma when you sip), but the flavor work is already done. A 1 oz pour of syrup is roughly equivalent to half a lime, a tablespoon of simple syrup, and 6-8 muddled mint leaves. Q: How strong is the mint flavor in the Mojito Syrup? A: Authentically minty without veering into toothpaste territory. Because we infuse the water with whole spearmint leaves rather than using mint extract or oil, the flavor reads as fresh and herbal rather than candy-like. It's about as minty as a well-made fresh-mint mojito — pronounced enough to know it's there, balanced enough to let the lime and rum still come through.
