Modular Speaker Mic (MSM)

The DISCO32 Modular Speaker Mic (MSM) enables communicators to change between typical day-to-day communications to tactical communications without the need to change push to talks or transceiver interfaces.  The MSM is specifically designed to be used in conjunction with major tactical headset brands, including Otto Tac, MSA Sordin, 3M Peltor Comtac, and Ops-Core AMP Communication Headsets (U-174 down-leads with NATO WIRING).. The MSM accepts headsets with dynamic microphones using U-174 type plugs (wiring type immaterial due to auto-matching technology). If you are a communicator and need to quickly cycle between a standard patrol configuration into a more tactical one, this speaker-mic will allow you to quickly throw on your helmet and connect to your existing communications set-up without changing your push to talk. It is uniquely designed for first responders ideal for fire, public safety, and military radio users. Available for Motorola APX, XTS, L3Harris, and Kenwood radios.  ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Auto-Nexus Amplified Connector Port for connecting Ops-Core AMP, MSA, 3M Peltor, or any-other with Nexus U-174 style plug.  Speaker Mute Active when an accessory is connected to the Nexus port.   Microphone Omni-directional for clear voice reception from any position. Designed for headsets with dynamic microphones.  Support Ring Slides over radio antenna.  Push-To-Talk Oversized front PTT and secondary side PTT; each works well with gloves.  IP67 One year manufacturer's warranty (outlined in terms of service) 3.5 mm listen only port  RADIO COMPATIBILITY:  MOTOROLA APX : APX1000, APX3000, APX4000, APX6000, APX7000, APX8000, XPR6100, XPR6300, XPR6350, XPR6380, XPR6500, XPR6550, XPR6580, XPR7350, XPR7550, XPR7580, SRX2200 L3HARRIS UNIVERSAL DEVICE CONNECTOR: XG-100P, XL-95, XL-185, and XL-200 Series L3HARRIS UNIVERSAL DEVICE CONNECTOR 15 Pin: P530, P5400, PD7100, P7300, P7400 XG-15, XG-25, XG-75 KENWOOD MULTI-PIN : ESM-50-MT3-03ANX200, NX200G, NX210, NX210G, NX300, NX300G, NX3200, NX3300, NX3400, NX5200, NX5300, NX5400, TK190, TK280, TK290, TK380, TK385, TK390, TK480, TK481, TK2140, TK2148, TK2180, TK3140, TK3148, TK3180, TK5210, TK5210G, TK5220, TK5230, TK5310, TK5310G, TK5320, TK5330, TK5400, TK5410, TK5430, VP5230, VP5330, VP5430, VP6230, VP6330, VP6430 MOTOROLA XTS : GP1200, GP900, GP9000, HT1000, JEDI, JT1000, MT1000, MT1500, MT2000, MTS2000, MTX8000, MTX838, MTX900, MTX9000, MTX90,MTX-LS PR1500,PM1500, XTS1500, XTS2000, XTS2250, XTS2500, XTS3000, XTS3000 Astro, XTS3500, XTS4250, XTS5000, XTX2500 EF Johnson (EF3): 51 Fire ES,51LT ES, 51SL, 511X,512X, 514X, 515ES, 515L, 518X, 51SLES Series, 5000 Series,5100 ES Series,7700 Series, Ascend 5100, Ascend ES AN/PRC-127EF Series, Avenger 8100 Series, Multi-net Ascend ES Series Viking VP300, VP400, VP600, VP900, Viking Fire, Viking CK8500 Series
