CK Worldwide 24-90 Modular Head 90°

The CK 24-90 Modular Head 90° provides precise angular access for TIG welding in tight spaces and complex joint configurations. This professional-grade torch head delivers the flexibility needed for intricate fabrication work where standard straight heads cannot reach. Engineered for demanding shop environments, this modular head integrates seamlessly with compatible TIG torch systems to extend your welding capabilities into confined areas and awkward angles. The 90-degree configuration allows welders to maintain proper arc positioning while navigating around obstacles and into corner joints. Model: 24-90 Angle: 90 degrees Configuration: Modular head design Construction: Professional-grade materials for shop durability Compatibility: Designed for CK modular torch systems The modular design enables quick head changes without torch replacement, reducing downtime and equipment costs. Built to withstand the thermal cycling and mechanical stresses of production welding, this angled head maintains consistent performance across extended duty cycles. Ideal for pipe welding, structural fabrication, and repair work where access is limited. The precise 90-degree angle ensures optimal electrode positioning for consistent penetration and bead quality in corner joints, T-joints, and other challenging weld geometries.
