Modified VTC cam gear

Modified VTC Cam Gear for Honda K-Series Engines Are you looking to unlock maximum performance and tune your high-revving K-series engine with aggressive aftermarket camshafts? The Modified RBB VTC Cam Gear is an essential upgrade for any serious K20 or K24 build, providing the precise control needed to prevent piston-to-valve contact at high advance angles. What is the purpose of the Modified VTC Cam Gear? The Modified VTC Cam Gear is designed to mechanically limit the Variable Timing Control (VTC) advance to a specific, safer angle (30, 35, 40, or 45 degrees). This is crucial for performance engines running high-lift, high-duration aftermarket camshafts which require less advance than the stock 50-degree OEM gear to prevent engine damage. Key Features and Precision Engineering We start with brand-new OEM RBB VTC gears and meticulously modify them using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. Ultra-Precise CNC Machining: The gears are cut using CNC machining that exceeds original OEM tolerances, ensuring perfect fitment and reliable, consistent performance. Safety and Tuning Control: Prevents catastrophic piston-to-valve contact when running performance cams. Limiting Options: You can choose the exact advance limit that suits your engine and camshaft profile: 30 Degrees 35 Degrees 40 Degrees 45 Degrees Custom Cuts Available: Need a specific limit not listed?
