Modified Alternating Welted Leaf Stitch Pattern

This rich and interesting stitch is made up of just knits and purls. It is an awesome unisex pattern that can have lots of applications from hats and scarves to blankets and washcloths. INCLUDES LINK/S TO VIDEO TUTORIAL for the Knit and Purl Stitches WRITTEN PATTERN INCLUDES FLAT AND ROUND VERSIONS Note that this is ONLY a stitch pattern and not a project. I have to admit that translating it was no fun but once it was done I was tickled pink with joy. I do want to give you a heads up although this design is made up of only knits and purls but it has 22 rows and can easily get confusing so it's best to try it only if you are at a minimum an advanced beginner loom knitter or you're really bold and focused. Pen and paper or stitch counter is highly recommended. LEVEL: Advanced Beginner STITCHES: Knit, Purl SIZE: 8 Stitches and 10 Rows for 2 inches of fabric LOOM: Any Large Gauge Loom TOOLS: Loom Hook and Stitch Markers FABRIC: Does not curl and is not reversible Enjoy your Pattern.
