Modena House Plan

Multiple arched windows and varied rooflines add interest to the facade of the Modena plan. The smart floor plan gives style and function to the interior of the home. The centerpiece of this small, luxury home is the spacious great room that serves as the hub of activity. It exhibits an octagonal step ceiling and a built-in entertainment center. A spacious kitchen, generous with counter space, is open to the dining room. Both the kitchen and dining room of the Modena plan have step ceiling details. There is a center island which provides ample counter space, and the pantry offers additional storage. The dining room and great room both feature sliding glass walls. The master suite is accessed from the great room. It offers separate his and her closets. The Modena plan has a beautiful stepped ceiling. The master bathroom provides the luxuries of a walk-in shower and double vanity. There is a separate water closet for privacy. There are two additional bedrooms separated by a full bath. A small loggia sits to the side of the portico. This is a great space for rocking chairs. The study sits to the right of the foyer. It can also be converted to another bedroom. Finally, the large verandah in the rear of the Modena plan proudly displays a built-in fireplace. This is the perfect place to entertain friends or family. The utility room leads out to the two car garage. There are also optional drop down stairs leading up to the attic. The Modeno home plan has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 2006 square foot home is available with a slab/monolithic foundation. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
