Model Y Juniper /Model Y L Grille Mesh Insert AirFlow Quick-Release Front Lower Grille Bug Screen

【Perfect Fit】Designed exclusively for the Tesla 2025.03+ Model Y Juniper Premium  & 2026.07+ Model YL Premium. Precision-engineered to fit the front lower bumper air intake, providing seamless protection without interfering with the vehicle's original appearance, cameras, or sensors. 【Effective Bug & Debris Protection】The EVBASE front lower grille bug screen helps block insects, leaves, cottonwood fluff, dust, gravel, and other road debris before they enter the lower air intake. It helps reduce debris buildup around the radiator, A/C condenser, and cooling components while keeping the intake area cleaner, ideal for highway driving, road trips, outdoor adventures, and peak bug or pollen seasons. 【One-Piece Quick-Release Screen】Unlike conventional two-piece or permanently fixed grille screens, the entire one-piece outer mesh panel can be released and removed in seconds while the mounting base stays securely installed on the vehicle. Simply remove, rinse, and snap it back into place, no need to remove the base or disassemble the front bumper during routine cleaning. 【Stand-Off Design Maintains Airflow】The outer mesh sits slightly forward of the lower air intake, creating a functional air gap instead of resting directly against it. Reserved ventilation openings along the sides allow air to circulate freely around the screen, helping maintain normal airflow and minimize the risk of heat buildup during everyday driving. 【Seamless OEM-Style Appearance】The full-width, one-piece construction provides complete, integrated coverage with smaller visible gaps than conventional split-screen designs. Its low-profile black finish follows the factory grille contours and blends naturally with the front bumper for a clean, factory-installed appearance. 【Durable ABS & Tool-Free Installation】Constructed from durable, impact-resistant ABS for reliable everyday protection. The secure snap-fit system installs without drilling, cutting, adhesives, or permanent modification to factory components. Once the mounting base is installed, the quick-release outer screen can be removed repeatedly for fast, hassle-free cleaning and maintenance. From Exposed to Protected The factory lower radiator leaves the delicate cooling fins directly exposed to the road. EVBASE front grille panel adds an extra layer of defense across the open area, helping reduce the chance of bent fins and costly damage caused by unexpected road hazards. The before-and-after difference is immediate, an exposed opening becomes a more protected and finished front end.   Product Highlights 360° Perimeter Air Channel The raised perimeter forms a continuous air channel around the mesh, allowing incoming air to enter from multiple directions and spread more evenly across the intake area. This three-dimensional layout makes better use of the space behind the grille than a flat screen pressed directly against the opening. Balanced From Every Angle Designed with the vehicle's front-end proportions in mind, the wide horizontal profile visually connects both sides of the lower intake and preserves the Tesla's clean, streamlined character. Whether viewed head-on or from a three-quarter angle, the grille screen looks balanced and understated rather than bulky or aftermarket. Factory Vents Remain Uncovered The contoured outer frame is shaped around the original vent layout rather than covering it with a solid border. Each perimeter opening remains exposed after installation, preserving the factory-designed intake paths while adding a protective layer to the center opening. Reinforced Grid Support The rigid cross-braced frame supports the mesh across multiple sections, helping it stay taut and securely positioned during daily driving. This reinforced structure distributes pressure across the panel to reduce flexing, sagging, and unwanted movement, delivering greater stability on rough roads and at highway speeds.   FAQs Q1: Which Model does this grille screen fit?+ A1: The EVBASE front grille mesh insert is designed specifically for the 2025.03+ Tesla Model Y Juniper Premium and 2026.07+ Model YL Premium. It is not compatible with the 2025.11+ Model Y Standard and 2025.10+ Model Y Performance. Please confirm your vehicle model, production date, and front-bumper configuration before ordering. Q2: Will the screen reduce airflow or cause overheating?+ A2: The screen features a raised stand-off structure with open ventilation channels around the perimeter. This design keeps the factory vent openings exposed and allows air to enter through both the mesh and surrounding gaps. As with any intake accessory, inspect and clean the screen regularly if it becomes heavily covered with bugs or debris. Q3: Does installation require tools or permanent modifications?+ A3: No. The mounting frame uses a snap-fit design and requires no drilling, cutting, adhesive, or modification of factory parts. Follow the included installation instructions and make sure every retaining clip is fully engaged before driving. Q4: How do I remove and clean the screen?+ A4: Release the retaining tabs and remove the one-piece outer screen while leaving the mounting base installed on the vehicle. Rinse it with water or gently clean it using a soft brush and mild soap. Allow it to dry before snapping it back into place. Q5: Will it interfere with the front camera or sensors?+ A5: No. The bug screen is molded around the vehicle’s original front-bumper layout and includes dedicated clearance for the factory camera and surrounding components. Correct installation is important to ensure that nothing is covered or misaligned. Q6: What materials is the grille screen made from?+ A6: It combines a rigid, impact-resistant ABS support frame with a durable stainless-steel mesh. The reinforced grid helps support the mesh and reduce flexing during everyday driving, while the black finish coordinates with the vehicle's lower grille area.
