Model Release

The images a photographer or videographer captures, either from their own shoots or in connection with being hired for a live event, can create great marketing materials later on. But if you don’t get a model release signed, your dreamy marketing images can become a nightmare. The Model Release Agreement answers questions like: Will you tell me how you’ll use my image before you use it? Will you use my image to help you sell your services in the future? Will you make any edits to my image before you use it? The Model Release Agreement helps you make sure there are no misunderstandings between the photographer and the model. This agreement is especially important if you plan to license your images or video as stock photos / stock videos.
