Model Call Photography Contract

If you're a photographer who's in the process of building or sprucing up your portfolio with the help of models, whether it's for model calls, workshops, mentorship sessions, or just continually expanding your portfolio, this contract is a real game-changer. The primary objective of this agreement is to establish clear guidelines and expectations for both parties involved, ensuring a mutually beneficial and legally compliant collaboration. This bundle contains General and Minor Model Releases, which serve to formalize consent and usage rights for the images captured during the collaboration. Additionally, the contract offers optional provisions that afford flexibility to the photographer, allowing them to specify whether the model will receive compensation, whether monetary or in the form of products, for their participation in the project. This ensures transparency and clarity regarding any remuneration arrangements, which will foster a harmonious and professional working relationship between the photographer and the model.
