Modaro

Modaro Home Plans The Modaro home plan is a modern home plan that maximizes view potential as nearly every room looks to the rear of the home and views beyond. Ideally suited for ocean, lake or water front living. However, this home design is well suited anywhere. The stepped flat rooflines create a striking street presence with its two-story Portico and Foyer. The rear of the home features sweeping rooflines that make for a dramatic waterfront presence. The home’s crisp stucco walls, floor to ceiling windows and stone columns make for texture and character. The Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are lined up in a perfect trifecta of open living, waterfront living and casual elegance. A stand behind wet bar is strategically located to greet visitors and serve the main living areas of the home. To the immediate right is a grand staircase ascending to the second floor and sporting a wine cellar below. The island Kitchen has a commanding view of the home and has a nice sized pantry for storage. The Great Room has a linear gas fireplace with TV above and niches to either side. Conveniently located is a powder/pool bath near the Great Room. The Master Suite and home study are located at one end for privacy. Each with expansive views to the water and an outdoor fireplace on the Solana beyond. The Master has spacious his and hers closets and a spa-like Master Bath. Rounding out the first floor is a Game Room for family indoor fun and a Guest Suite for special visitors like parents. There is an outdoor kitchen on the Veranda with a sweeping vaulted wood ceiling that is close to the Kitchen. On the way to the Garage is a large Utility Room and even larger walk-in storage closet. Upstairs there is a large Media Room/Lounge with a juice bar and TV wall. Perfect for watching favorite movies and enjoying sunsets on the water. This modern house design also features a reading loft and two additional ensuite Guest Rooms, all overlooking a covered balcony and open sun decks. The Modaro home plan is the quintessential modern luxury home plan, with everything imaginable for your enjoyment and convenience.
