Technically a Japanese mustard green, Mizuna has a mild tender leaves. Often described as having a corn-like flavor, the leaves can be prepared raw or cooked in soups or stir fries. Mizuna seedlings also produce many leaves over a long harvesting period allowing for regular harvests.
