Mix It Up

Mix It Up! by Hervé Tullet is an interactive picture book that turns color theory into play. Each page gives a prompt—tap blue, rub yellow, tilt the book—and the next page shows the result as new shades appear. Children practice color mixing, cause and effect, and following directions while moving through bold, high‑contrast art. Strong for toddlers and preschoolers in read‑alouds and classroom use. Screen‑free learning that supports early STEAM, fine‑motor control, and focus. Works as a companion to Press Here yet stands on its own. Built for repeat reading and shared discovery.
