Mirrorless Mount Kit - Leica R

The Mirrorless Mount Kit for Leica R lenses is a precision-engineered, semi-permanent upgrade developed by the Duclos Lenses team to provide a more stable and accurate interface with modern mirrorless and cinema cameras. Installed directly over the original Leica R bayonet, the system adds a high-tolerance stainless steel flange and a durable black anodized aluminum housing—delivering a rock-solid mechanical connection with minimal play. Unlike basic slip-on adapters, this mount kit maintains critical optical alignment and offers professional-grade stability for demanding production environments. Each kit is built to exacting specifications and includes all necessary stainless steel hardware for installation. Basic tools are required but not included, and installation is recommended for users familiar with light lens disassembly. For those who prefer a turnkey option, Duclos Lenses offers professional installation for a small fee. Whether you're converting a single lens or upgrading a full Leica R set, the Mirrorless Mount Kit provides a mechanically sound, aesthetically refined solution designed for serious field use. The Sony E-mount version is available now, with Canon RF, Nikon Z, and Leica L variants coming soon.
