Product Overview Mirka Iridium 6" Solid PSA Sanding Discs (24‑342 Series) are premium high‑performance sanding discs engineered for fast cutting, long life, and exceptional finish quality. Designed for universal sanding across automotive, marine, woodworking, composite, and industrial applications, Iridium delivers a smoother finish with fewer sanding steps. Iridium uses a premium ceramic and aluminum oxide grain blend for fast, efficient cutting, providing an aggressive initial cut and maintaining sharpness throughout the sanding process. A dust‑repellent precision coating reduces clogging and pilling, keeping the abrasive cutting clean longer and improving finish consistency. These discs feature a PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) backing that adheres securely to any 6" smooth vinyl‑face PSA backing pad. The solid (non‑vacuum) design is ideal for applications where dust extraction is not required or when used on non‑vacuum sanding tools.
