Wild Mint Sugar - Mountain Crafted

The Story Behind the Flavor We were a day into crossing Colorado when our old Jetta overheated near the Continental Divide, forcing us into the gravel lot of Millie's Diner. While waiting for the mechanic, we tried their famous grasshopper pie—chocolate crust and creamy mint filling that exploded with pure mountain mint on our tongues. "My grandmother's recipe," Millie said. "She'd crush the wild fresh peppermint which grew around her cabin with sugar and let it cure in the mountain air at 11,000 feet." That jar became our inspiration—the best treasures are found when you're not looking. Pure Mountain Mint Magic Originally meant for pie, this blend is a must-have for cocktails, custards, curds and cookies. Our Wild Mint Extract captures that crisp, high-altitude peppermint flavor that made Millie's pie unforgettable.
