Super dense mink hair repels water so well that some of the flies tied with these strips will actually float. Super soft and supple, these mink strips will really dance when tied into a leech or sculpin pattern. Great for trout and steelhead flies. When a material repels water well, it will float and dance under the water when tied onto a hook with dumbbell eyes, a bead, a cone, or a sculpin helmet. This stuff is amazing.
