Minimalist Floating Shelf

Bring the beauty of nature into your home with our modern floating shelves! Woodrich strives to lessen our carbon footprint and sculpts its stunning work from repurposed trees! When a tree falls, is going to be removed or becomes ill, Woodrich recognizes the chance to create. Not only are you adding an incredible piece of art to your home, but you are also displaying mother nature's work that took years to create!  The currently pictured floating shelves are made from poplar (light) and walnut (dark) wood but will be updated in the near future to reflect the maple shelves we are creating soon! The last two pictures show the included mounts. These steel mounts have a plethora of mounting locations for ease of installation! Our floating shelves mount onto the steel bracket using two holes on the back of the shelf. After the bracket is screwed onto a wall, simply slide the shelf onto the steel poles!  Mounting hardware is included. If you are interested in a specific wood or look, please reach out to us at Woodrichinfo@gmail.com!  Each piece of Woodrich live edge furniture is a unique piece of art expertly crafted to accentuate the natural beauty of the wood and provide its owner with a lifetime of value. We are the only live edge furniture company who uses the innovative technologies created by the founder for milling and kiln drying wood. Our business has provided tremendous care over this piece of wood to take it from tree to shelf. Sustainability Our product is designed by Mother Nature. When nature’s impact on the finished product has such an intense tie to the product it is imperative to manage organic materials with the respect they deserve. Logs are not grown with the intent to sell, but instead we seek out urban logs that have become deceased or in declining health. The holistic approach to providing a second life to each tree. Individuality Nature’s beauty is differentiated with the uniqueness found in each tree used. Every tree history creates unique character, color, shape, and size to create a highly individualized personality. The individuality in each piece provides for significant product differentiation and the ability for each work to stand alone as a piece of art. Craftsmanship In a world of automation, we believe in controlling the process through manual craftsmanship taking each tree to table. This allows for the honoring each tree’s individual inherent value. Craftsmanship allows for the honoring of each wood’s innate beauty, flaws and eccentricities, which capture the beauty in each piece.
