Our homemade Mini Wieners, otherwise known as Prinskorv which literally translates to "prince-sausage", are made from beef, pork, and veal and stuffed in natural sheep casings. They are lightly smoked and fully cooked making them ready to eat right out of the fridge! Cocktail wieners are used by many for the classic "piggies in a blanket recipe", which based on preference can have cheese inside the blanket or not! Otherwise, Swedis tradition has it that the little guys are pan fried and served with some mustard and can be enjoyed by the whole family! (Approx. 20 pieces per lb).
