Mini-VIVACE - Terms

Materials Included: 3 Decks of 24 cards each: Category Cards- naming the category of each term Term Cards- showing the names of each term Definition Cards- showing the meanings or definitions of the terms How to Play: The Caller randomly chooses a card from a different deck (one that is not laid out). Example: If Category Cards are on the table, the Caller may draw from the Term or Definition deck. The Caller reads only what’s on the card aloud. If the Caller says “Vivace” before the clue, players can race to grab the matching card from the table. Example: “Vivace: Accelerando” and then players try to grab the card that says “Gradually speed up”. The first player to grab the correct card places it in a personal pile near them. If the Caller does NOT say “Vivace,” players must not touch any cards. Grabbing a card without hearing “Vivace” means you have to put the card back. Play continues until all cards have been collected! Winning the Game: The game ends when all Caller cards have been used or when a set time/round limit is reached. Each player counts the number of cards in their personal pile. The player with the most cards collected wins!
