Mini Olive Wood Rolling Pin

Olive Wood Rolling Pin The same father and son team in Tunisia who craft every piece in our olive wood collection bring that same remarkable skill and sustainable ethos to this beautifully proportioned rolling pin. Hand turned from ancient olive wood harvested from trees that have lived their full productive lives, finished with pure food safe olive oil, and uniquely grained in the warm amber and cream tones that make every piece from this workshop one of a kind — this is a kitchen tool that earns a permanent spot on your counter rather than hidden away in a drawer. At 10 to 12 inches with comfortable handles on each end, it's lightweight and perfectly balanced for smaller dough projects where control and feel matter more than brute force. The smooth olive wood surface rolls cleanly and evenly without sticking, and the natural finish keeps it performing beautifully with minimal care. Perfect for: Homemade pasta and gnocchi Pie and tart crusts Sugar and shortbread cookies Flatbreads, pizza dough, and focaccia Puff pastry and croissants Crackers for your next charcuterie board Try this: Roll out a thin flatbread dough, brush generously with our Tuscan Herb or Garlic EVOO, sprinkle with our Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning, and bake at high heat until crisp and golden. Serve on our Olive Wood Serving Platter for a presentation that stops conversation cold. Pair with our Olive Wood Serving Platter, Salt Mill, Pepper Mill, Spice Jar, and Bowl Jar to build a cohesive, beautifully sustainable collection — each piece unique, each piece carrying the same extraordinary Tunisian story. Care: An occasional rub with food grade olive oil keeps it smooth, beautiful, and performing perfectly for years. We recommend our own — naturally.
