Mini Lama - Solitude

Mini Lama – Solitude The Mini Lama from Solitude Fly Company delivers the same deadly movement as the full-size Llama, scaled down for when trout want a meal—but not that big. Built with flowing llama hair, this streamer breathes, pulses, and swims with lifelike action even on slow retrieves, making it a killer choice in clear water and pressured fisheries. Its compact profile slips easily into banks, seams, and tailouts while still pushing enough water to get noticed. Whether you’re swinging it on a sink-tip or stripping it through structure, the Mini Llama excels when you need natural motion without overpowering the presentation. Why it works Llama hair provides exceptional movement and flow Compact profile for clear water and selective fish Breathes on slow retrieves; tracks true on fast strips Versatile baitfish/sculpin imitation A go-to streamer for consistent eats when downsizing When & where to fish it Year-round streamer fishing Low, clear water or high-pressure conditions Banks, seams, and tailouts Sink-tips, intermediate, or light full-sink lines If you like the action of big streamers but need a subtler approach, the Mini Llama – Solitude is the perfect middle ground—natural, mobile, and quietly deadly.
