Ingredient: 100% Organic Oolong Tea Tasting Notes: Apricot · Kelp · Clove Aroma: Fruity Roast: Medium Oxidation: Medium Origin: Phoenix Mountain, Chaozhou, China Lucky strike: This varietal is descended from a single dancong oolong tree that was struck by lightning during a storm on Phoenix Mountain. Though most of the tree was zapped, the tea grower rescued enough of it to graft onto another tree and bring it back to life. It’s said this electrifying encounter forever changed the varietal’s flavor (for the better). Layered notes of sweetness, spice, and umami? We’d call that a recharging brew. 10g of tea is good for: • 12+ mug servings (2.5g/mug, steeped 3+ times) • 10+ gaiwan servings (5g/gaiwan, steeped 5+ times) This tea is grown on Mr. Huang's farm on Phoenix Mountain and is USDA-certified organic. Steel tea tins are crafted with care in Japan. 3% of every tea sale supports clean water projects. Made by Three Gems Tea
