(Automatically added to cart at checkout) Key Features Professional Grind by Weight Technology Straight from the Mazzer Kony Sg, the Mazzer Mini g uses the exact same TFT color display and commercial grade load cell system to ensure an accuracy level of +/-0.1g. In addition, since the internals are shared from the Mazzer Kony Sg, they are just as durable and rated for use in a commercial environment which is something no other compact grind by weight grinder can claim. Stepless Adjustment The Mazzer Mini g comes with a beautifully crafted metal adjustment collar with clear and easy to read markings for a perfect grind. The Mini g has no preset notches or indents for true stepless adjustment and has a locking screw to prevent unwanted movement. Hands Free Dosing / Dosing Cup  The Mazzer Mini g has a highly adjustable portafilter holder that allows for height and fore/aft adjustment to ensure the grinds pour exactly where you want to avoid excess overspray. The Mini g also comes with a magnetic 58mm stainless steel dosing cup for those who prefer a dosing cup based workflow. Dual Activation Using either the buttons on the keypad or automatic portafilter detection, the Mazzer Mini g can be set up to match your workflow. Mazzer ZZ Labs New from Mazzer, the ZZ lab is their label for their R&D team in which burrs are developed specifically to enhance the flavor and extraction of espresso. Burrs from the ZZ lab are built to a higher standard than previous burrs and will deliver a flavor unrivaled in the grinder market. Commercial Grade Motor At over 50% faster than the previous Mazzer Mini, the new Mini g is on par with the current Super Jolly V Up and makes an excellent catering or light duty commercial grinder as well as a premier home grinder.
