Mazzer Mini G

The Mazzer Mini G is a 64mm flat burr, grind-by-weight grinder designed for small cafés and serious home setups where counter space is limited but precision isn't optional. Its integrated load cell, accurate to a hundredth of a gram, measures ground coffee in real time and stops the motor the moment your target dose lands. The result is shot-to-shot consistency that doesn't rely on timing, tamping habits, or luck. What sets the Mini G apart from timed grinders is how it handles grind adjustments. Adjust the grind setting and the machine automatically compensates, with no need to re-weigh or reprogram. The Vibration Filtering Algorithm keeps doses locked even when the counter is busy, and the TFT display gives you live feedback on exactly how much coffee is in the portafilter. This is weight-based dosing done right, in a machine small enough to actually fit where you work. Key Features Weight-based dosing: Built-in professional scale with ±0.1g accuracy and a load cell precise to a hundredth of a gram, and the ground coffee weight is displayed in real time Vibration Filtering Algorithm: Maintains consistent doses even with counter vibrations during service Automatic dose adjustment: Change the grind setting, and the target dose stays locked, no manual recalibration needed 64mm flat burrs: 233M bearing steel  Compact build: Die-cast aluminum body with a tailor-made asynchronous motor; grinds at 2–2.5 g/s  Magnetic dosing cup: Included stainless steel cup aligns automatically under the chute, activates grinding hands-free, and holds up to 30g Antistatic system: Reduces coffee dust on the counter and delivers more uniform grounds Removable chute: Pulls out tool-free for fast daily cleaning Ideal For The Mazzer Mini g is built for small cafés, coffee carts, busy home setups, and anyone who wants commercial-grade dosing accuracy without a commercial-sized grinder. It's particularly well-suited for bars where multiple baristas are pulling shots throughout the day and consistency needs to be baked into the machine, not dependent on technique. Home users who dial in frequently, switching between roast levels or adjusting for different coffees, will appreciate that the Mini G holds its dose automatically across grind setting changes. If you want a grinder that removes variables rather than adding them, the Mini g is the answer.
