Mini-Dungeon #330: Mychor “Sporeside” Market 4–6 Characters • Levels 3–4 Underworld • Urban Within the Coalition-controlled city of Hopeholme, a hidden Underdark black market operates behind the façade of a legitimate shrood farm. Contraband moves through hollowed logs. Coins vanish into mycelium gardens. This Underdark black market thrives beneath the noses of Coalition guards, tracked through living pass shrooms called mycorr. Those who learn the right signals can step through a concealed myco gate and enter a marketplace where resistance agents, mutated gardeners, and illicit magic change hands in silence. Nevertheless, few understand the consequences. Adventure Description Designed as a side quest for Rise of the Drow: After the Fall, Mini-Dungeon #330: Mychor “Sporeside” Market places characters inside a covert Underworld trade network operating within Hopeholme. At first, rumors of illegal shipments moving through a legitimate shrood farm lead the party to investigate. Behind the farm’s public face lies a sophisticated contraband operation built around dead drops, mycorr credit, and fungal transport gates. Meanwhile, two competing figures shape the market’s future. Bhin, a Chelicerae resistance agent, uses the operation to arm rebellion cells. In contrast, Auricularia, a Funglet druid, fears the enterprise has grown too dangerous. Eventually, a volatile enforcer spirals into a spore-fueled rampage. As panic spreads, the market risks exposure. Consequently, the party must decide whether to preserve the market, dismantle it, seize control, or turn it over to the Coalition. Ultimately, each outcome alters the flow of contraband, the strength of resistance cells, and the political tension inside Hopeholme.
