Mini Alpha™ Starter Set

Inspired by the legendary Estes Alpha, the Mini Alpha brings a proven, time tested design into a compact, approachable size. Its sleek profile and stable flight characteristics make it an ideal choice for beginners who want a rocket that looks great on the pad and performs reliably in the air. The scaled down design allows the Mini Alpha to reach impressive altitudes while remaining easy to see, follow, and recover, creating exciting launch experiences without overwhelming new builders. Easy to Build and Easy to Fly The Mini Alpha is designed to help new rocketeers succeed from the very first build. Simple assembly steps and durable molded plastic fins reduce complexity while maintaining strong flight stability. Builders can focus on learning the basics and enjoying the process rather than troubleshooting difficult construction. A bright streamer recovery system ensures quick, visible descents and fast turnaround between launches, keeping the excitement going with minimal downtime. Everything Included for Multiple Launches This starter set includes all the essentials needed to fly right out of the box. With a Mini Alpha rocket, launch pad, launch controller, engines, starters, plugs, and recovery wadding included, there is nothing extra required to get started. The included supplies support four complete launches, making this an excellent value for families, gifts, or anyone looking to experience model rocketry without additional purchases. Big Altitude in a Compact Package Despite its small size, the Mini Alpha delivers exciting performance. When flown on recommended 13 mm engines, it can soar up to 690 feet, producing dramatic liftoffs and smooth, stable flights that captivate new flyers and experienced hobbyists alike. The Mini Alpha Starter Set is more than a first rocket. It is the beginning of a hobby built on curiosity, hands on learning, and the unforgettable thrill of launch day.
