Mindful p.m. aromatherapy spray with gemstones

What is being mindful and why is it important? What is mindfulness? Very simple, mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment and accepting it without judgment. How do you do it? And how will you benefit? Daily meditations, yoga, tai chi and other breath work are ways to tap into your mindfulness, but also you can be mindful doing just about anything, cooking, cleaning, gardening, even shopping ( we know, good luck with that last one ) And how do you benefit? It’s almost more like what parts of your life and being does not benefit from practicing mindfulness, it will improve your mental health and therefore also your physical health, reducing stress, which is the underlying factor preventing you from living a full and happy life. Why do we stress? We get overwhelmed by all the things we need to do and instead of mindfully doing one at a time, we multitask and stress even more.
