Mindful Mealtime Set

The Ahimsa 5-Piece Mindful Mealtime Set transforms everyday eating into a joyful, safe, and mindful experience for little ones. Designed by a pediatrician and mom, this thoughtfully crafted five-piece set replaces plastic and silicone with premium food-grade stainless steel, the only kid friendly material the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends for children. Ideal for ages 1 to 5, every piece is perfectly sized for toddlers and preschoolers, helping them learn to eat independently, explore new foods, and build confidence at the table as they grow from first bites through the early school years. Includes: Balanced Bites Plate — features three divided sections (2 oz, 4 oz, and 12 oz), with deep wells, that make it easy for parents to serve balanced meals and encourage even picky eaters to explore new foods.  Simple Serve Bowl (8 oz) — the everyday essential for snacks, sides, or first solids with a non-porous interior to resist odors and stains.  Conscious Cup (8 oz) — the perfect first “real” cup for little ones learning to sip independently. Lightweight yet sturdy, it features a subtly weighted base that helps prevent spills.  Fork and Spoon Set — slightly larger than typical training sets, they’re sized to strengthen early motor skills. Rounded fork tines, smooth handles, and balanced weight make them comfortable, safe, and durable enough to last well beyond the toddler years. Features: Pediatrician-designed & MADE SAFE® certified — trusted by families and proven to be free from harmful chemicals.  Premium 304 stainless steel — durable, non-toxic, and safe for everyday meals. Mirror-polished finish & vibrant colors — beautifully reflective and joyful hues created through a safe titanium PVD process with no paint or powder coatings.  Dishwasher-safe & built to last — easy to clean, endlessly reusable, and strong enough to be passed down for generations. Ahimsa was founded by Dr. Manasa Mantravadi, a pediatrician and mother of three, who set out to make safer mealtime products after learning about the risks of plastic and melamine in children’s dishware. Guided by science and a commitment to improving the health of our kids, Ahimsa creates premium non-toxic, sustainable stainless steel kids dishes designed to nurture healthy habits for life. Each Ahimsa stainless steel kids dish is free from BPA (and all bisphenols), PVC, phthalates, lead, siloxanes, melamine, and formaldehyde.
