Mindful Maze Set

Help children with social-emotional learning (SEL) using this set of boards developed to introduce mindful breathing for kids. The set of 3 double-sided boards offers 6 mindfulness for kids breathing exercises. Six designs include cloverleaf, lion, maze path, rainbow, star, and waves. Children trace each design with their fingers, breathing in and out as directed by the design of the board. The tactile design makes these accessible for visually impaired students. Includes multilingual packaging and Activity Guide. Each board measures approximately 18cm square.
