Mindful Marks

What does your creative practice look like ? As a professional artist people will often tell me that they are not good at art or that they wish they could be creative. But creativity is in all of us, just waiting to be nurtured. creativity is my way of life. It’s a lens through which I view the world – one that transforms every experience, challenge, and joy into an opportunity for playful exploration and growth.  But I know for some of you creativity feels far off or scary. Maybe you feel as though you don’t have time, are afraid of looking foolish, or maybe you feel as though you are lacking inspiration.  I get it, I have felt those same feelings. It was my children who taught me to slow down and play again. Who encouraged exploration and experimentation, and helped me to ignite my creative practice.  We would love to help you start your own creative practice, a new playful ritual to start your year with.
