Mindful Leadership Training

When you’re leading at your best, how does it feel? If the words at ease, engaged, and confident come to mind, then you’ve experienced what meditators and neuroscientists call “mindfulness-awareness.” “We all have access to this natural confidence and great leaders live it from the inside out,” says Michael Carroll. “It is how they express their authenticity, make wise decisions, and inspire others.” Carroll has worked with a remarkable list of clients in fostering healthy workplaces and developing exceptional leaders. With Mindful Leadership Training, he guides us in learning how to find our seat of confidence in order to skillfully handle workplace challenges while inspiring others to contribute their very best in pursuit of excellence. In this audio program, we will explore how to unleash our leadership talents, open courageously to life’s circumstances, and recognize how to skillfully inspire our world. We will learn how the practice of mindfulness-awareness meditation allows us to listen, act, and lead—not out of fear or blind ambition, but from deep confidence and wisdom. And we will examine the essentials for bringing these principles alive in our lives and into any organization or team.
