Mind Tonic Espresso

Mind Tonic Espresso from Milwaukee's Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. is the daily workhorse blend served across their cafes—a testament to its approachable sweetness and forgiving nature. Sourced from Central and South American farms, this medium roast is designed to deliver consistency shot after shot, with a round body and balanced sweetness that shines both straight and in milk. Tasting NotesExpect milk chocolate richness up front, supported by bright red apple acidity and a brown sugar finish. The body is full without being heavy, the sweetness lingers without cloying, and the acidity keeps things lively. It's the kind of espresso that tastes great at 6 a.m. and still impresses at 3 p.m.—no fussing required. Brew MethodsMind Tonic is built for espresso but adapts beautifully to other methods. Pull it as a straight shot for a clean, balanced sipper. Pair it with steamed milk for cappuccinos and lattes where the chocolate and brown sugar notes bloom. It also works well in a moka pot for stovetop espresso or as a rich, smooth cup in a French press. The medium roast level means it won't overpower milk drinks but still has enough structure to stand alone.
