Mimaki TxF 150-75 DTF Printer

The Mimaki TxF150-75 marks a new era in textile customization as Mimaki’s flagship Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer, offering a generous 80 cm printing width designed for high-efficiency transfer sheet production. Engineered to eliminate the common industry hurdles of ink clogging and ejection defects, this system integrates advanced MCTv2 white ink circulation and a unique degassed aluminum pack design to ensure consistent fluid flow. Stability is further guaranteed by Mimaki’s proprietary NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System), which automatically detect and recover dropped nozzles to maintain uninterrupted production. Beyond its technical reliability, the TxF150-75 prioritizes global safety standards by utilizing PHT50 heat transfer pigment inks, which are ECO PASSPORT certified and available in five colors (CMYK+White), making it the premier choice for creators seeking an OEKO-TEX® compliant, high-performance solution for modern garment decoration. Features: Degassed Ink Pack: Eliminate air from entering through to the ink supply to the print head, thereby preventing nozzle drop out and ensuring constant high image quality. New White Ink Circulation Technology (MCTv2): Prevents white ink sedimentation by continuously circulating the ink all the way to the damper above the print head for continuous high-quality production. 3-Way Intelligent Heater: Pre- and print heaters control the spread of ink on the media for blur free image quality and post heater accelerates drying of ink. New Pinch Roller System: Fine-tuned pressure of pinch rollers enabling stable DTF film feeding. Nozzle Check Unit (NCU): Automatically checks and detects clogged nozzles and starts cleaning function to recover them. Nozzle Recovery System (NRS): When Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) cannot recover clogged nozzle by cleaning function, the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) automatically substitutes defective nozzles with working ones to ensure constant image quality and uninterrupted production. OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT Certification: PHT50 thermal pigment inks are OEKO-TEX® certified. Ensuring the inks are free from any chemicals that could be harmful to human health. PHT50 inks are suitable to print skin-friendly clothing and other textiles for end users. Mimaki highly recommends Digital Factory DTF Wide Format RIP software (sold separately) as the ideal software solution for the TxF 150-75 DTF Printer.   Important: Mimaki printers are designed to use a single ink type at a time (e.g., eco-solvent, dye-sublimation, UV). Once an ink type has been installed, switching to another requires complete system flushing and cleaning. Always consult your user manual and follow Mimaki’s official procedures. Improper ink changes may damage the printer and void your warranty. TxF 150 Series Compatible Inks:  PHT50
