Mill Creek - House Plan

The Mill Creek is the perfect quaint 2-bed farmhouse cottage for your land. It can work as a vacation home, accessory dwelling unit (ADU) or even a full time residence.  A wide front porch offers a place to sit and enjoy the weather. Inside, an efficient open living space features a full sized fireplace, built-ins and luxurious kitchen with sit-in island and a window over the kitchen sink.  Down the hall, 2 comfortable bedrooms each feature lots of reach-in closet space and 2 full sized bathrooms.  A laundry room with ample storage completes the floor plan.  An optional carport to the side offers a place to park out of the snow.
