Milky Quartz Gua Sha

One Size What it is: A genuine milky quartz stone gua sha tool to release tension in the face, neck and body. Bradley Beauty's Milky Quartz Gua Sha tool is a facial and body massager with incredible benefits: Increases blood circulation for collagen boosting benefits Helps drain the Lymphatic System to detoxify the body Reduces inflammation and swelling Helps relieve muscle tension How it works: For centuries, the Chinese Gua Sha massage technique has been used to relieve muscle tension and detoxify the body. Not all gua sha stones are created equal. There are many unique shapes designed for specific parts of the face and body. This particular tool features 2 convex (inward) curves that end in points, a wide scalloped edge and another more narrow and shallow scalloped edge. Each edge is designed to gently massage the muscle and sculpt the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding all organs). Because massage increases blood circulation, it also increases collagen and elastin production in skin and reducing cellulite. Massage also helps drain toxins out of the lymphatic system and the body, reducing inflammation in the process. The gua sha massage technique can be a meditative self care routine and often helps prepare the mind and body for sleep. The result is radiant, healthy looking skin wherever you massage. How to use: Best used after a shower while skin is still warm and damp. Use on clean skin with oil or lotion. Begin by holding the gua sha tool at a 45° angle to skin. With a comfortable pressure, gently massage the contours of the face using upward and outward strokes and massage the body using long, steady strokes of whatever direction is most comfortable. Using the wide scalloped edge, massage the shoulders, upper arms, back, and legs. Using the narrow and shallow scalloped edge, massage the temples, forehead, neck, chest, forearms and feet. Using the concave (inward curves) points, massage the chin/jawline, brow contours and other small contoured areas. Be very gentle when massaging the face and do not use too much pressure. Wash with soap and warm water before and after each use. *Redness will occur when using this tool. It is completely normal and will subside. Heather's tip: This is a great tool to use with a partner. Take turns massaging each other for full body tension relief. Materials: Milky Quartz Stone. *Please note that each stone is unique and may feature different striated patterns and colors. Made in China. Warning: Do not use if you bleed easily, have deep vein thrombosis, bruise easily, or have an active wound, injury or skin condition. For external use only. Use as directed.
