We lay out pecans on a tray and rhythmically drop hot caramel on top and wait for it to harden. The caramel grabs any pecans it comes in contact with and the resulting shape sometimes resembles a turtle! We take these "turtles" and cover them in milk chocolate to complete this decadent combination of caramel, pecans and chocolate.
